We’ll do some lovely Santa Claus Hat cookies for December 6th. That’s why we should purchase all necessary ingredients already today. The recipe card and instructions will follow tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest.
For the pastry:
10.5oz wheat flour, 1 knife point baking powder, 4.4oz butter, 4.4oz sugar, 1 bag vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, 1 bag Christmas spice mix
For decoration:
1 ready to use icing tube red, icing writer white, white sugar pearls
In addition you should prepare a white sheet of paper sized 4.7×9.4 inches serving as a model for our hats. We won’t tell any more than this for the moment….
