Bread in a bottle

Bottlecake5A wonderful gift for Christmas that was tried directly after the holidays. The ingredients for this luscious walnut- oat flakes bread were filled in a milk bottle. After adding some further ingredients you can bake it immediately. It’s a bread for all those who love a sweet breakfast or those who want to savour it for tea time. Even for children it’s quite easy to prepare this baking mix. The original recipe was found on elmasuite.de but we changed it a little bit for Christmas and added some traditional holiday spices.
