Take two, get four

It really takes you only two ingredients to produce four lovely desserts. These are eggs and sugar or honey. Some fruit put into the ramekins make it even more tasty but you don’t have to take  them necessarily.
If you prepare it for guests you should in any case make one or two in addition. There’s surely someone liking it that much that he wants to eat a second soufflé.
Concerning the sensibility of soufflé you need to know that it took me two rounds to remove them from the oven without making them cave. That means for you  if you don’t succeed take two eggs and sugar and try again. It’s worth it.

Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2.8oz sugar (honey works as well)
  3. 1 tbsp fruit (fresh or deep-frozen)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 345°F
  2. Prepare four ramekins
  3. If you want to prepare them with fruit give 1 tbsp of it into each ramekin.
  4. Then the eggs need to be seperated. Beat egg whites until hard peaks form. Then whisk egg yolks with sugar or honey until creamy and nearly white. Now fold the yolk creme into the beaten egg whites. Pour into your ramekins and place them in the oven. Remove carefully with grid from oven after baking about 20 minutes. When they're higher than the edge of your ramekin and of a light brown color they're right.
  5. With the help of a potholder place them on a dessert plate and serve directly.
Notes
  1. I chose raspberries for my dessert. You may take strawberries, apricots, blueberries or apples as well. That depends on your fondness and on what you have at home.
  2. Your dessert will look even nice if you cover it with a little bit of icing sugar.
