Dr. Oetker pourtant nous propose une recette sal\u00e9e qu&rsquo;on sert au mieux avec un Tzatziki grec ou un dip de br\u00e9bis et de fromage frais. Les \u00ab\u00a0Streusel\u00a0\u00bb de la recette originale nous \u00e9taient un peu trop sec. C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai mis un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dessus. Pour le deuxi\u00e8me essai je n&rsquo;avais pas de chapelure \u00e0 la maison. J&rsquo;ai donc concass\u00e9 des galettes de seigle su\u00e9doises. \u00c7a donne des \u00ab\u00a0Streusel\u00a0\u00bb bien croustillants.<\/p>\n<p>    <div class=\"blog-yumprint-recipe class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">P\u00e2te - Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer farine, levure, sel, poivre, l'eau et l'huile et bien travailler avec les crochets \u00e0 p\u00e2te. Couper ciboules et tomates et hacher les cacahou\u00e8tes. Les incorporer ensuite et \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur la plaque. Disperser les streusel et laisser reposer pour 15 minutes. Faire cuire environ 30 minutes.
