A la recherche de nouvelles recettes j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 celle-ci chez leicht&amp;lecker. Un risotto aux asperges et avec un pesto \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail des ours &#8211; une combinaison de mes deux ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9parez directement la double quantit\u00e9 du pesto afin de l&rsquo;utiliser pour d&rsquo;autres plats plus tard.<\/p>\n<p>    <div class=\"blog-yumprint-recipe blog-yumprint-big-image itemprop=\"ingredients\">Pour le pesto -<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"10\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 bouquets de l'ail des ours<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"11\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">50g d'amandes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"12\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">50g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"13\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">env. 50ml d'huile d'olives (4 cs)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"14\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">poivre, sel, 1 prise de sucre<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"1\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Laver les asperges, trancher les fins ligneux et couper en morceau d'un centim\u00e8tre. Mettre l'asperge avec sucre, sel et vinaigre dans l'eau bouillante. Faire mijoter pour 5 minutes, enlever les asperges, refroidir a l'eau et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans une passoire.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Eplucher l'oignon, couper en d\u00e9s et faire fondre \u00e0 feu doux. Ajouter le riz \u00e0 risotto et tourner de sorte que chaque grain soit couvert de beurre. D\u00e9cuire avec un peu de bouillon, r\u00e9duire le feu, ajouter du bouillon au fur et \u00e0 mesure et remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le riz est cuit<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Finalement ajouter le fontainebleau, le pesto et les asperges et faire bouillir de nouveau. Assaisonner de sel et poivre et servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\" yumprintsection=\"2\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Remarques<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class='blog-yumprint-notes'>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-note-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Pour le pesto laver l'ail des ours et couper les queues ligneuses.Concasser l'ail et amandes au mixeur torpille. Ajouter parmesan et l'huile d'olives et \u00e9craser de nouveau.
